"Spacious room close to RDU airport. There is a small kitchenette.  Breakfast was included but it was very basic and very processed. Not much fresh stuff.   Overall the room was great value"

"Location was nice, being close to the airport. Room was clean, no complaints there. The front desk staff member gave the people who checked in after me, a key to my room. They tried to enter, but I had initiated the security lock. When I addressed this with the front desk staff, they shrugged it off as a normal occurrence for them. Facilities, the hotel looked as if it was modernized with its carpets and curtains. The room layouts were from the early 1990s, weird angels and pointless features."

"The hotel is clean and tidy. The facilities are also very complete, the coffee cups are of good quality, and the restaurant bar downstairs has a variety of drinks. The service is also in place. The sanitary environment is very clean, especially the bathroom has no odor. Parking is very convenient. The reception service at the front desk is warm and in place."

"I had stayed at the hotel years ago when I first visited Raleigh. It was delightful. I have noticed there was no way to have food in the hotel which is a bummer if you come there and have to order food. There was a bar to have a drink. I am coming from out of town. It would have been nice to have a nightcap before tucking into bed. I noticed the pool was not up and running. I also notice that only 1 elevator was working. If you step inside, it dropped and would not always open level to the floor. This is a big hazard, especially for the vision impaired. Breakfast choices were few. If you are going to serve a buffet, have had sanitizer available. Get a juice machine to offer guests different varieties of juice. Use napkins instead of paper towels. To prevent covid, allow guest to place their hands in a glove to help ensure no transmittal of germs. The front desk clerk is not a food attendant. Hire someone to be there to watch the food. The edges of the food had set in pan so long that the edges were hard and unable to chew. My rest was appropriate. The room was clean. If I had the option to stay there again, I would refuse. "

"It was very clean and new. Location was fabulous and lots of shops and restaurants are walkable. I didn’t love that the cafe wasn’t open all day, but the staff was friendly and we would definitely stay there again. The rooms are large and clean."
