"For this time the front desk guys were so nice! Polite and eficient! (They were not the same as last time). The breakfast is good, also the guest laundry each has 2 pairs of nice machines. O got a bigger room this time, but still with the lights to much poor! Even hard to organize your luggage at night time. But I recomend the hotel anyway."

"I like this house very much. I built it very new last year. Everything is clean. The layout of the room is very beautiful. The location is just across the road. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. Hotel people super nice, breakfast is delicious"

"Actually I booked it due to Hilton name, but it is really not good enough, very small room and the bed it very loosely. The most hate is the Wi-Fi, never log in. I hope it will be improved."

"It’s an obsolete hotel.., and needs a lot of maintenance. The price was fair. The room is spacious.., and with a good shower. American standard breakfast… The hotel is close to the Ford Center (Dallas Open - ATP 500 Dallas).., 20 minutes by foot. I’d stay again..!"

"Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer."

"This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking. Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good."
