"Carlos morning front desk Clerk was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good, the kitchen lady was very friendly & helpful as well. The room was actually nicer than the picture on the website. Overall it was excellent and our families would definitely book again. The hotel location was @ 30 minutes from the snowboarding place."

"There was some construction right outside the front of the Hotel, other than that the location was great, right off the freeway . So easy to find. Hotel was clean and their morning breakfast had a great variety of items to choose from. Truly recommend."

"It's OK. The service is very good now. I booked one more night. The on-site customer service said that I could cancel it. But Ctrip showed that it was not possible. After a long communication, I finally canceled it. Thanks to the on-site customer service and Ctrip customer service for their help"
