"Good location,nice room,but horrible service. There was no hospitality, the front desk always act like they don’t know anything. They didn’t clean our room during the stay. No room service, anything we ask they just like they don’t know or I had to go down to the front desk to pick up. Also upon my arrival, the front desk said my reservation was booked through third party and it was cancelled. I had to firmly insist that I prepaid everything and I got the confirmation from the hotel, then she start to figure out. The attitude was arrogant and not welcoming at all."

"The room is quite big, very comfortable and clean. Although the breakfast is simple, it is a Western-style breakfast, which is very satisfying. The surrounding area is very good. There are several restaurants not far away, including an Asian buffet with a rich variety. We stayed for three days and had buffet dinners for three days. The hotel service is very good and the front desk is very welcoming."

"It was a first time stay at a Fairfield Inn and it will not be our last. We gratefully appreciated the early check-in, as we seniors drove over 3 1/2 hours. The location is excellent and the Inn easy to find, along with the parking. The hotel lobby, elevators, and rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were given a nice, quiet room, too. We did not use the swimming pool, but it looked from afar. We also did not stay for the continental breakfast, as we met family at a close restaurant. The room was equipped with a small coffee maker and a refrigerator, which made out stay more comfortable. The hotel staff was accommodating in moving us to a new room in a quiet area and very pleasant."
