"The hotel room was lovely and brilliant view but very disappointed with service after a night out we arrived back to the hotel about 10 50pm on the Sunday night to be told no late bar for residents and if we wanted a drink we had to get there and then or not at all another lady came in after us also a resident and was refused to buy a drink if you are on holiday who would want to go straight to bed at 11pm l have never had it happen in any other hotel anywhere especially as they had a night porter on duty who was very nice but wasn't aloud get drinks on the plus side they had a lovely terrace up on 3rd floor that u could sit out and look out to sea l think especially during the summer season there should be facilities for people to have a couple of drinks even if it was only till about 1am ,we checked with the other hotel in cobh waters edge and they were very surprised to hear this for residents"
