The rooms are modern and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are high-end and the wet and dry are separated. Daily cleaning is meticulous and even the corners are spotless. The location is excellent and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. I especially like the concierge to take the initiative to help plan the tourist route and also presented a special souvenir. "Welcoming, friendly, helpful, polite, downside this year very little hydrostatic paper remained in the unwinder coupled with 2 rolls. . Despite my report, I was told at reception that there was enough paper, that the room had been made before my arrival and that I did not know how to operate the coupled unwinder and I was kindly explained that when a roll is empty you push to bring the opposite full roll. And,,, they agreed with me, there was almost nothing left, fortunately for the train journey I had brought a full roll But otherwise everything is impeccable and the staff greet you even when they pass you in the street and they are off duty. So I want to point it out, I just said a downside"
