"The lobby was dirty, and there were dead plants all over the place. The trash cans by the entrance were overflowing and looked like they hadn't been emptied in a while, and the entrance floor was dirty too. The pool area also needed some attention—the floors were dirty, and there weren't any clean towels available. Overall, the property could definitely use more attention from management when it comes to cleanliness and upkeep."

Environment: The surrounding environment is nice; there's a Safe Way supermarket across the street, and many restaurants nearby; very convenient. The hotel itself has a restaurant. Facilities: Somewhat old, but it doesn't affect usability. Parking is free. Cleanliness: The sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, toiletries, and towels were all clean and tidy. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money in the Vernon area. The duplex suite we booked had a very comfortable mattress and a large bed, making it a good choice."
