The bed sheets were stained, the bathroom was disgusting, a single, pathetic LED light on the ceiling, no bedside lamps or outlets to charge your phone... and bath towels from the last century. An unfriendly receptionist who clearly didn't care about us. No elevator and no one to help you. In short, a complete disaster! Seriously. At this price, it's a rip-off and shows no respect for either the customers or the hotel industry... The fact is, we left immediately... I didn't want my wife to spend a single night in this horrible, depressing place! Another thing...don't count on Trip.com to help or support you after you complain...you'll receive a nice, polite, well-rehearsed apology and a €20 refund, even though you didn't even spend a single night in the hotel, if you can even call it a hotel. More like a rabbit hutch! Kudos to Trip.com for continuing to promote this type of establishment! As long as we pay! They don't care about anything else. We're really suckers!"
