There are numerous places of Interest locally including many National Trust properties, St Michaels Mount, Landhydrock House, Trerice House, Bedruthan Steps, Crantock Beach. On the other hand you are only minutes away from Newquay with it's wonderful Surfing beaches - Fistral where the international and national competitions are held, golf club, pubs, spas, wine bars, restaurants and Newquay Zoo. If you are feeling energetic, you can always hire a bike [electric bikes now available at Porth Beach] and cycle the Camel trail. Across the road from the apartment are magnificent cliff top walks, and turning to the left you can walk across to Porth Island a bronze age burial site or turning right you can walk to Watergate Bay approx. 1 mile. I can highly recommend a stroll along the cliff in the morning, or evening and watch the amazing sunsets. You get a feeling of complete safety and relaxation whilst staying at the apartment.
