"This was my first time booking a condotel, and I was very pleased. I'd give the apartment's service a good rating. I booked a room with a beautiful ocean view, and its central location made it very convenient for sightseeing. Being on the breezy side with a balcony meant it was nice and airy when the doors were open. The host or manager who checked us in was very polite and cheerful, and helped my family out. I'll definitely be booking this place again in the future."

"I stayed for two nights in a great value residence at a landmark building in the center of Nha Trang. Even from the 11th floor (mid-level), the view was absolutely amazing. It came with a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, and washing machine. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of even providing a small amount of laundry detergent. The balcony glass was a bit dirty, so I cleaned it myself. There were also a few small ants, but that was acceptable. They disappeared once I turned on the air conditioning, haha. The hot water was consistently cold, but that was also within acceptable limits, lol. For families, I'd recommend splurging on a residence on a higher floor (30th and above). Just a heads-up: check-in isn't at the main hotel lobby. You'll need to meet the staff at the residence entrance lobby on the side. Communication is done via chat. Also, be aware that Google Maps has some bugs for this location."

"Although we had to wash towels and clean ourselves during our 4-night stay, it was a satisfactory place for three people. All three air conditioners were great, and the two bedrooms, one living room, and kitchen were convenient to use. The refrigerator worked well, too. "We enjoyed our stay at Tyhee Beach apartment so much that we decided to extend it by two weeks, making it a total of six weeks. The apartment itself was very comfortable, with good beds, cozy furniture, a large TV, a long wraparound balcony, and a modern bathroom. The host and her father were extremely helpful, providing us with a second key card and plenty of drinking water throughout our stay. There were a few downsides worth noting. The apartment didn’t have a washing machine (though laundry services were available nearby) or a microwave, and the kitchen could have used more cooking utensils - we ended up buying some ourselves. The internet connection was excellent in the living room, but weaker in the bedroom. Being close to the beach and nightlife, some external noise was inevitable: car and bike horns started around 6 AM, and music from nearby beach bars could be heard until about 11 PM depending on the night. There were some early morning beach events during our stay which started at 6 AM, so good earplugs were recommended for light sleepers. On the positive side, internal soundproofing was excellent - we couldn’t hear our neighbors above or beside us. Overall, Tyhee Beach apartment was a great choice for a comfortable, extended stay right by the beach, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within easy walking distance. If we return to Quy Nhon, we will definitely try to stay there again."
