Stayed at a standard double room over Christmas. Room was very worn with several broken things. The bed was very comfy. The toilet was freezing cold. The lounge and breakfast area is nice, even though the fireplace was not lit. Breakfast was ok, not that fresh, expected more based on other reviews. But nice that it is organic.

This hotel is located somewhat outside of the city center but on a main road so easy to find. The back yard garden/courtyard is beautiful. Comfy seating and heat lamps for chilly weather. The bar area also has comfortable seating areas and a great selection of drinks. The breakfast is amazing. Beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was very thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommend.

Charming older hotel with special character. Liked the free wine hours. Great breakfast with very healthy food. Bus station and metro station are within short walking distance. Many restaurants nearby

Everyone did go above and beyond but a lot could have been done better. It was absolutely on any of the staff , including the cleaning staff , that my parts of my experience was valued as below average.

Great hotel, friendly, comfortable and well located. Would happily stay again. Great to have the fan in the room. Allowed for late arrival - around 0000 and were helpful at checkout also. Nice outdoor area also.

I just love the way the hotel looks and smells. It’s so vintage and unique and authentic. The service offered by the staff is amazing and the same each time I visit. It may not be modern but it has the danish HYGGE written all over it

It was an OK hotel experience, but I’ve tried a better hotel in CPH in your hotel chain. The welcome was not good even though I know she was new/in training, but sge didn’t even say “hello”. The hotel in general is an old beautiful hotel, which was nice. The breakfast was good.
