"It was surprisingly good, the breakfast was very rich, and the surroundings were very quiet. It was very suitable for a break during the long trip to Athens."

📍 Leoforos Korinthou - Epidavrou, Corinth

"Staying in the hotel was great, but I want to praise the high level and quality of the food. Even if you are not a regular customer, I really recommend you visit Kalamaki Beach for your daily swim and eat in the restaurant. The food was so delicious we are looking forward to visit again."

Vasilios Marinos Rooms ★★★

📍 Ancient Corinth, Argous, Archea Korinthos

"We stayed in these Rooms for three nights in mid-November. The Rooms are serviced in the same way as any hotel. The location is toward the top of a hill 10 minutes’ walk from the site of Ancient Corinth. It has eight rooms, mostly on the first floor of a two storey building. Some rooms have balconies. The whole building, whilst not new, is in good condition and has been well maintained. We reached the Rooms by taxi from Corinth Railway Station (less than five minutes and approximately 12 euros). There is a small private area for car parking in front of the Rooms. Modern Corinth is a 10 minute taxi-ride away, although we understand there is a bus service with an irregular timetable. The reception area is in a corner of the breakfast room. Whilst not always staffed there was no great delay in someone attending to us. We were on the first floor and there were two soft-seating areas available. There is seating in the paved garden area in front of the building. Our room was without a balcony but adequately furnished with two upright chairs, a small desk, wardrobe shelving and a fridge with tea and coffee making kit on top. There was a large bottle of water. The bed was standard double and comfortable, and the whole room was clean and functional without being overly large. The bathroom was compact with a walk-in shower enclosure (that didn’t leak!) and was spotless. Aircon was efficient, wifi was excellent (and free) and we experienced only minor occasions when noise was heard. The geographical area does not have much traffic. The Rooms only provide breakfast – this is taken in the Breakfast Room which does require exiting one part of the building and entering another. Breakfast was generous but limited and served to the table – it was not a buffet. Hot food was available – we had omelette. We used some of the several restaurants and bars adjacent to the archaeological site. Staff were unfailingly pleasant and professional. They were able to organise a driver for an out of town trip – there, wait and return. Housekeeping was efficient. We are not sure about mobility access but as with much of Ancient Corinth – both the town and the site – believe it could be a problem. The rooms were sensibly priced, they were warm, and for a trip to the archaeological site are ideal."

📍 Eth. Antistaseos 52, Corinth

"I was traveling alone, and the room size was enough for one person. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are a bit old, but relatively clean. The most important design of this hotel is the location, which is five minutes away from the central bus station, which is very convenient for travelers. The picture shows the hotel balcony."

📍 Loutra Elenis, Loutra Oraias Elenis

"This traditional Greek restaurant, run by an elderly lady, has a history that's evident but full of charm. Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows to overlook the Aegean Sea (as shown in the photo) made it all worthwhile. It was also the most affordable hotel I stayed at during my three-week trip to Greece, with excellent facilities and great value. If I have the chance to return to Greece in the summer, I will definitely choose this hotel again!"

📍 Ancient, Archea Korinthos

"Cozy guesthouse below Acrocorinth, perfect for solo travelers. The host greeted me like family, offered local tips, and breakfast featured homemade jams and Greek coffee. My room was quiet, spotless, with a view toward the sea. Walking distance to the site meant early, crowd-free exploring. Warm, safe, and genuinely welcoming — highly recommend for independent explorers."

Maria's Boutique Rooms

Maria's Boutique Rooms ★★★★

📍 ARIONOS KAI ASKLHPIOY, Archea Korinthos

"An excellent address for a whole range of reasons: first of all the welcoming of Maria, smiling and caring, you immediately feel good, and the explanations about the room, the breakfast... are very clear. Then, the comfort and cleanliness of the place are of a very good standard and the look of the rooms accentuates this home-like feel! Breakfast wasn't planned, but I recommend it: it's plentiful, excellent and it's Greek, so we're in the mood. The geographical location is also very good, close to the small center of the village (very pleasant in the evening), and to the ancient site. Maria will undoubtedly recommend the family restaurant located less than 200 meters away. I recommend it to you too. We tasted delicious dishes there on two occasions: Greek salad, moussaka, homemade grilled sausage... the cuisine is family-style, quality and the prices are completely affordable. In short, the winning combination!"

"Totally Relaxed and an intimate perfect resort. You have to come experience for yourself. We booked for one night only, to avoid sleeping in the previous noisy hotel we stayed in and to have a relaxing evening together as a family before our flight home. We booked half board, diner setting is overlooking the sea and the buffet was a mixture of traditional Greek food, and European food, very well prepared. The private beach is a mixture of sand and pebbles, the checkout is midday which is a novelty, normally 11am in Greece. Everything was on point, from service to cleanliness and comfort but the best thing was definitely the quiet rooms and the sound of the sea. I’d highly recommend Kalamati hotel and will happily return. The hotel is 10min drive to Corinth Canal and archaeological site of Ancient Corinth. Best news is, it’s a free Peloponnese attraction!"

"We loved this small hotel. It is away from big towns, nestled within the village. On site parking, nice room, friendly hosts. While it seems you are in the middle of nowhere, there are several cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store 5 minutes walk away. Delicious & plentiful local-food breakfast @ 10 euros pp.. Stay here."

Ephira Hotel ★★★
"If you don't have many demands from a nice city hotel and want to stay only one night, then this particular hotel with a strict value for money attitude might represent your expectations... The location is quite convenient, I would say, since it is located in a central part of the city. However, it impresses with the absolutely necessary and according to the outdated legislation of the Greek National Tourism Organization, breakfast items... The above, the company should reconsider and proceed regarding the competition but also the attractiveness for potential customers in enriching the breakfast buffet. An exception to all is the nice and polite staff of the hotel who receives bonuses for their excellent work and smile!"

Maria's Boutique Rooms ★★★★
"We highly recommend staying here. Maria was very friendly and helpful. Her rooms are 2 minutes walk away from the centre of ancient Corinth. The village is very quiet in the evening and her brother runs a wonderful restaurant in the centre too. This location is amazing to explore ancient Corinth, the site is just right there with its museum and ancient artefacts. Where else in the world can you get up close to history over 2000 years old in this much detail. I would highly recommend staying at Maria’s, the room was so well imagined and she served a fantastic breakfast. You would not find better, right in the heart of ancient Corinth."
