"Well, a hotel located on an industrial estate doesn't conjure up a very exciting prospect. But like Alnwick, this one just yards off the busy A41, works. If you get a room on the side away from the main road it is blissfully quiet. Apart from the 'Elephants' who appeared to have booked the room above us (#202). My wife commented, "this is the 1st time I have ever had Trees outside our Room!". Continental Breakfast just fine and the Bar was open until 11.00pm. Helpful after a hard day looking after a relative just home after a major op. A staff member was despatched to sort a very dirty Loo on the ground floor. Hayling Seagoon"

"Hotel is located next to a main road so is easy to access, the hotel staff in reception are very friendly and are always happy to help, the car park is spacious and always has spaces, the restaurant is located just outside the hotel and isn’t a far walk, they offer a range of options and all have been excellent."
