"We had a wonderful stay at Nest Beacon Resort, Daman. My daughter and son enjoyed a lot here, which made our family trip truly special. The atmosphere of the resort is calm, clean, and very family-friendly. The food was really nice – tasty, fresh, and enjoyable for both adults and kids. One of the best things about this resort is its location, as Jampore Beach is very close and at walking distance. Spending time near the beach, especially during mornings and evenings, was very relaxing. Overall, it was a comfortable and happy family stay with lovely memories. I would definitely recommend this resort to families visiting Daman."

All facilities ( water park , train ride, boat ride etc are all outsourced and charged extra and nothing to do with the resort and badly managed. Untrained and non caring staff. Definitely cannot call it a resort …. Avoid it .. Not even worth a penny"

"I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel during my visit to Daman in December 2024. The property is in dire need of maintenance. The wash basin tap was leaking, causing water to spill into the room. One of the mattresses was broken, and they had to stack three small mattresses to make it functional. The wallpaper and paint on the walls were peeling off. The management and staff seemed either unaware of these issues or simply negligent in addressing them. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Moreover, there is no mobile network in the rooms, with service only available in the reception area. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which offered a variety of options and was quite tasty."

"My stay at Presidency Landmark, Daman was extremely disappointing. The hotel appears poorly maintained, and cleanliness standards were far below expectations. The room had an unpleasant odor, the furniture was damaged and looked neglected, and overall maintenance seemed inadequate. The AC was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. The staff were unhelpful and came across as rude, with little concern for guest service. The windows, interiors, and furnishings looked outdated and poorly maintained. Considering the condition of the property and the quality of service provided, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic comfort, cleanliness, or professional hospitality."
