"I saw the other reviews and I think they improved quite a lot because when we were there everything was clean and everything looked really nice. Huge shout out to the staff because they were really nice. The lady who made the breakfast even asked us if we wanted some hot chocolate because if we do then she would make some, and if we want other kinds of scrambled eggs then she’s ready to make some. Absolutely 10/10 experience!"

"We have been at this hotel before and were happy with the service. Excellent location, good breakfast, well-designed balconies and bathrooms, comfy bed, air conditioning was great.... This is a downtown hotel and might be inconvenient for someone with a car. For us the closeness of public transportation was important. Great hotel for city visit... We'll come back! Tip: Across the square from the back entrance of the hotel is Gara Cukraszda, a good little pastry shop, they even had my favorite the "sima kremes"..."

"The hotel itself is very new and open to the public in 2025. The lobby is spacious and bright, although the room area is not large, but the facilities and bedding are very comfortable. Breakfast is mainly pure Western food, with a complete variety to meet the needs of Western tastes. The slight disadvantage is that the facade of the hotel is not very conspicuous, the main entrance is small, it is not easy to find; in addition, the parking lot requires an extra charge. However, the overall experience is still quite good."
