"Very disappointing. It looked more like a converted student house than a hotel. The room was cold, not clean, and smelled of smoke. The bed was way too soft and the duvet was thin and tattered — didn't get a wink of sleep. Way too expensive for what you get. Absolutely not recommended. The only positive is the location."

"The breakfast is relatively simple but the taste is okay, but the Chinese stomach may be a little bit bad. Haha. The location is very close to the train station. Google Navigation takes about 5 minutes. However, it actually takes some detours because of the many water systems. It is recommended to just take a taxi. There are few parking lots nearby. Please drive carefully. And the parking fee is very expensive. All attractions can be reached by walking, subway or rail. There is no need to drive. I have almost never encountered any delays. The service staff are very good and all the services are very patient."

"The Rich Hotel is located right in front of De Ligt Station and was very nice. It's also easily accessible to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Den Park. The room was spacious, clean, and the view was amazing. I'd love to stay here again."

"The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the town hall. We didn't have big luggage, just backpacks, so we didn't mind walking up the stairs, which was also fun. We stayed in the annex building, Loft Studio room, which had a simple refrigerator, sink, electric stove and refrigerator, which was very convenient. It was very clean and fun. Check in and out, don't check in too early or too late, check your schedule before booking."

"The peace and quiet were great, as was the location. The room was very cramped along both long sides, and a pillar on one side was quite annoying. No proper nightstand. No fridge, the air conditioning was bothersome, and there was little storage space or hooks, which definitely needs attention."
