"Bad experience, would not recommend this hotel. We were supposed to have booked a hotel room at Hotel le Noir, which is part of the Bridge House Hotel. We did not get a room in the hotel, but were sent to a location across from the building. It reminded us more of a run-down student house. Dirty entrance and stairs, overdue maintenance, looks dirty. The room was also not tidy, not clean, no amenities in the room or in the building. You cannot sell this as a hotel room. We spoke to the girl behind the counter about this without any result. Breakfast was very basic but reasonably okay, far too little space for the number of guests. It seems like this hotel is buying up properties in the area and renting out rooms. It was not indicated beforehand that we were staying at a different location in an unattractive, safe spot."

"Super close to the central train station; you can see the building as soon as you get off the escalator. The lobby has a great high ceiling and excellent natural light. Check-in requires queuing; it's very popular. The rooms are average in size, and the beds and blankets are all very narrow. The pillows are uncomfortable. There's no refrigerator, but there is a capsule coffee machine and hot water is readily available. I stayed three nights and was generally satisfied."

"Very disappointing. It looked more like a converted student house than a hotel. The room was cold, not clean, and smelled of smoke. The bed was way too soft and the duvet was thin and tattered — didn't get a wink of sleep. Way too expensive for what you get. Absolutely not recommended. The only positive is the location."
