"The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the town hall. We didn't have big luggage, just backpacks, so we didn't mind walking up the stairs, which was also fun. We stayed in the annex building, Loft Studio room, which had a simple refrigerator, sink, electric stove and refrigerator, which was very convenient. It was very clean and fun. Check in and out, don't check in too early or too late, check your schedule before booking."

"My friend and I arrived in Delft at a late hour as we were coming after an event in another city. The hotel itself is an eco-conscious, clean hotel with nice rooms, good beds and a top notch breakfast. Unfortunately all of this was overshadowed by getting stuck in a lift for a period of time from which we had to be rescued. The lift is one of those small-style lifts which has a sign stating that it could accommodate 2 people / 300 kg (the two of us and our small bags were nowhere near this). A guest happened to be there and helped us by calling the fire brigade and finding the host. The lift had stopped between floors. My friend is claustrophobic so this was distressing. The host came prepared with tools - has this happened before? - she pried the doors open and we crawled up and shimmied out. The host then suggested it was our fault because the lift only should take one person… but no sign or instructions saying this anywhere. So - if you stay at this hotel… take the stairs!"
