"The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Parking was free, and the breakfast was excellent. However, they mistakenly charged my credit card in the middle of the night, deducting over 100 euros as a guarantor for someone else. When I contacted Ctrip, they explained that the first deduction was a test to see if it worked, and the second was the actual charge. I asked: "How can they charge me indefinitely without my permission?" After several protests, they finally admitted it was a mistake and they were deducting money on behalf of someone else. So everyone should be careful with their deposits."

"I think the hotell is good. Maybee some renovation outside is necessary but still good hotell and clean rooms and at least ours was new painted i think. You cant compare to 4-5 star hotell, but its not fair to the place to do that. Fine location and superb staff, very helpful and friendly. Would visit again! "

"Such a lovely hotel modern inside but with a feel of old style Spain to it. Had a beautiful room with a terrace and sun beds lovely to have our own private space. Great to cool off with a dip in the pool. Nothing was too much trouble and any requests dealt with by the excellent and super friendly staff. They were experiencing a heatwave and loaned us a parasol for the beach which was hugely appreciated. Vincent and Jacob were amazing and had some great chats with them. Walder and the waiting staff were so pleasant and helpful. Would recommend staying here and will be seriously considering a return visit in the future."

"The hotel is very well located, but not in line with the price they offer (€183/night with breakfast). The reasons are as follows: - The breakfast buffet was practically empty at 10:00 am; we had to constantly ask the waitress for milk or to refill the stands with products, as they were empty. - You can hear everything in the rooms; they have very poor soundproofing. - The bathrooms were very neglected and quite old for the price of the hotel; water leaked from the shower in ours, the toilet seat was almost broken, and it was in very poor condition. - The beds are very hard but very small. - The garage ramp (entrance/exit) offers no visibility of oncoming cars and is very steep. - When we complained at checkout about the problems in our room and the constant noise from the room next to ours, they told us they couldn't do anything... (the staff and the service we received were quite poor for the price of the hotel per night)."
