"I am writing this review l filled with disappointment and frustration following my family’s recent stay at your hotel. Having traveled to over 50 hotels throughout the UAE, I can confidently say that I have never encountered such a disheartening and devaluing experience as a guest.From the outset, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by the front office staff, particularly under the supervision of Miss Jean. It is my firm belief that she may require extensive training in hospitality management—or perhaps should consider pursuing a different career path altogether. Our family had booked one villa for two nights and three additional villas for one night. Despite our numerous, polite requests for a late checkout, we were met with flat refusals. What’s worse, during our stay, one of our children suffered an injury during an excursion, leading us to urgently call for an ambulance ourselves since the front office failed to provide any assistance. Instead of empathy and support, we received an astonishingly insensitive call from the front office demanding that we vacate our room while we were dealing with this crisis. This behavior was not just unprofessional; it was downright inhumane. Ultimately, we felt we had no choice but to leave your property due to the appalling lack of help and sincerity from the front office staff. Their response to our dire situation was shocking—merely “okay, sure, no problem” without any solutions, apologies, or signs of concern. It felt as though they couldn't care less whether we stayed or left, which is utterly unacceptable. This is not the standard of hospitality that should be expected at any hotel in UAE, let alone one with your reputation. I am exceedingly disappointed and hope that you will take immediate action to ensure that no other family endures such an egregious experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

"The hotel was very nice and the food was good. Chef Mohamed was very friendly and made sure we had the food we could eat for me and my kids. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and valet parking are really good. The beach access area is a bit small, yet the swimming pools are quite big and nice. The room is beautiful with a nice view yet it had a bit of a smell in the bathroom. We loved our stay there"

"Hotel is claiming 5 stars but in fact even 4 stars is too much for the present situation. Entering the lobby you wander if they heard about "Interior design". With a such nice location and a multitude of facilities, probably need a professional management to upgrade its status. First of all to remove the weird things - interdiction for children under 12 yo to enter swimming pool, calling the large swimming pool "Olympic", keeping the lobby toilets locked, etc. I saw two managers rebuffing personnel in plain view - where is the discretion? The staff is very nice, friendly, trying their best to accommodate all requests. Food is far away from a 5 stars status as variety and presentation, but is tasty - congratulation to the chefs. Room is small with cheap and awkward furniture, bathroom - sink is very high, difficult to use and what a poor finishing for the ceramics... The generous common terrace in front of the room was lovely and facing the sea. The bed-sheet was worn out and towels tired - generally speaking is needed a refurbishment many things. The beach is very nice and swimming pools very good all at a splendid location."

"It was first time for me visiting Dibba Fujairah and undoubtedly I have chosen the best place to relax and enjoy at the private beach. The staff are amazing, quick service and very clean resort. Even though it was not busy when I stayed, the swimming pool and the garden and the beach side was super clean. Thanks to entire team. I suppose to give 5 star but the reason I gave 4 star is, if there would be a buffet breakfast would have made the stay more comfortable since Holy Month Ramadan people are fasting but for non fasting it becomes hard to find other options online. Though we ordered room service but still buffet breakfast makes huge difference. That's all. All the best to the team and keep up the good work. "

"This is the most terrible hotel possible. Old, it's all dirty inside. The walls are streaked and infected with mold. Upon arrival, they asked for a deposit, when we left, we went to check the room and said we would not refund the 500 dirhams deposit because you broke the glass. We didn't do it, it's physically impossible to do it, we asked them to show on camera that we were to blame. they replied when you come to us, you should check everything and let us know if something is wrong. We argued, but they said we would not give 500 dirhams. The food is just a nightmare, flies are crawling over the food, nothing is closed. This is the worst place!"

"A wonderful hotel with exceptional service! The resort is compact, beautifully maintained, and very relaxing. The beach is absolutely stunning, with soft white sand, crystal-clear water, and even little crabs running along the shore. Snorkeling is a must—you can see beautiful sea turtles and amazing marine life. One of the best features is that you can request a BBQ grill and cook your own meal right on the beach, making the evening even more special. If you prefer not to cook, the hotel's restaurant serves delicious food with plenty of great options. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this resort!"
