"Didn't really enjoy my stay. I was woken up by the cleaner and the bed was covered in bloodstains."

Holiday Inn BRUSSELS AIRPORT by IHG ★★★★

📍 Holidaystraat 7, Diegem

"This hotel is a scam. We booked a non-refundable room, but their cancellation policy stated 'cancellation by negotiation.' Later, due to a flight change, our departure was delayed by a few days. Four days before our original check-in, we contacted both the hotel and Trip.com to request a change to our check-in date. Despite multiple attempts by Trip.com to communicate with the hotel, they refused to make any changes, citing that they were 'adhering to the spirit of the terms and conditions.' Of course, they'd want to 'adhere' to their own draconian terms when it allows them to unfairly deduct money from customers' accounts! So everyone, beware! Don't trust their 'negotiated cancellation' policy either, because if they won't even let you reschedule, cancelling is definitely out of the question!"

NH Brussels Airport ★★★★

📍 De Kleetlaan 14, Diegem

"Great! The hygiene was good, and there's a kettle. The most important thing is that they offer a free shuttle to the airport starting at 4 AM. Plus, you just cross the street to get to the train station. The service was excellent too, highly recommended."

Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport

Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport ★★★★

📍 Grensstraat 3, Diegem

"It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. However, since there are no restaurants nearby, you have to dine at the hotel's on-site restaurant. That said, the food was delicious, so I am quite satisfied."

Holiday Inn BRUSSELS AIRPORT by IHG ★★★★
"Perfect for a flight layover. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Even though I was on the first floor, it was very quiet. Great value for money, I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

NH Brussels Airport ★★★★
"Extremely convenient, very close to the airport. When I arrived, the shuttle was off duty, so the hotel immediately arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport. First-time visitors can book the hotel's shuttle in advance based on their flight arrival time."
