"The hotel is near the airport and has connection to Brussels. The rooms are dark and that makes them appear not clean. Entrance is at what I call back of the building and reception doubles as bar. Breakfast and dinner are available but I didn't try as €14 for breakfast is too much. As long as price is low it is a good budget stay would not want to pay above €60 (another €5,50 per person is due at check in for local tourist tax) per night but below that level it is fine."

"You cannot really walk to this hotel (it takes over 30min along highway -likevairport roads and through a reasonably nice residential area). If you take a taxi anyway, better choose a hotel in a nicer part of Brussels or closer to your destination. - I read in some reviews that walking was possible and booked it therefore to have an easy accommodation after arriving by flight at Brussels airport around 22:30. Wrong. I ruined my shoes on the bad roads. Check-in is as incredibly slow, retyping everything that I entered already during the booking process, as always in accor hotels, staff was very friendly but did not even find glue for my shoes, bar was closed after 23, only sweets and soft drinks could have been purchased in the so-called Boutique Gourmande. My single room booked at a ridiculously expensive rate was crammed with four beds (double bed and unfolded sofa with 2 mattresses and bedding) almost no space to use the desk. Only one coffee pad, though, for the Nespresso machine (and 1 decaf) so they had time to remove the unpaid coffee pads but not the unwanted hyperbedding. There are so beautiful hotels or Airbnbs in downtown Brussels. This here is only for Belgian families who want to leave their car over vacation in the hotel garage (I do hope they offer that service at least but have not confirmed)."

"I booked a room for 6 nights at this hotel. The hotel personnel were nice and friendly, which was the highlight of the stay. However, there was no housekeeping during the entire 6 days — and I didn’t even exceed a week. Be aware: don't be surprised if the shuttle bus doesn’t arrive or gets canceled without notice. That’s exactly what happened to me and other guests waiting for the shuttle bus. The hotel staff can’t help you with this matter — you will need to book an Uber or taxi if that happens, so make sure you allow enough time for that. On a positive note, the train station is close by to reach the city. Also, don’t book parking in advance — you can park your vehicle on the street close to the hotel. A grocery store is nearby as well. Overall, fine for basics, but don’t rely on housekeeping or the shuttle."

"True to the Hilton brand, this hotel boasts an impressive scale with a grand, elegant exterior and a refined, comfortable garden. The on-site gym is exceptionally well-equipped, easily among the best I've encountered in a hotel. The guest rooms are quiet and spacious, making for an overall pleasant stay. My only minor quibble is that the breakfast selection isn't particularly extensive, but other than that, it's nearly faultless. I'm very satisfied overall and will definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip."
