"Stayed 1 night on 23rd Dec, room was very nice, had a meal in the restaurant which we enjoyed. Had steak and Guinness pie and a Thai green curry. Tyler was helpful in resolving a query. However, at 10:54 - six minutes before checkout - we had housekeeping knocking at the door and rushing us to get out. They knocked twice within two minutes and one was impolite in her tone, pointing at her watch and telling us that checkout was at 11, of which we were well aware. Nobody should be put under pressure when they're on time because of staff's lack of patience."
