Marriott properties in Dubai

I stayed for about 10 days this time, and here's my objective review. Only the Asian-looking girls at the front desk were enthusiastic. I arrived at the hotel at around 4 AM and had to wait. An Asian girl with braces said I could try checking in at 8 AM, and perhaps the manager would allow an early check-in. However, the person on duty at 8 AM didn't help. Later, another Asian girl from Myanmar named Khin helped us communicate, and we were able to check in immediately! Jude and Kumar, who helped with luggage, were also great. Jude was very attentive; he'd greet us every day when we left and help with our bags. However, one incident on my last day left a terrible impression! I lost something and asked the front desk if anyone had found it. A man named Ahmed had a very poor attitude. He said, 'Why do you think you lost it here? Even if you did, it wouldn't be turned in here.' He was the worst person I encountered on this trip to Dubai! Because of him, I didn't give this hotel five stars! Also, the water taps in the hotel were very hard to turn, and I cut my hand. The breakfast was very rich. Everything else was pretty good, but Ahmed at the front desk was the hotel's biggest flaw!

This hotel is huge, and it's right on Jumeirah Beach, making it perfect for a vacation. The rooms even have balconies, though it's so hot outside you can't stand it for more than five minutes. We stayed during the off-season, so the value for money was excellent! Overall, a very satisfying experience with top-notch facilities and service.

The room size was just right, and the standard room even had a bathtub, which was very comfortable. There weren't many disposable amenities, but you could ask the front desk for what you needed. Bathrobes were also available upon request. There's a free swimming pool, a kids' club/play area, and a gym. The outdoor pool was great!!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Hotel apartments were clean and comfortable. The sofas were outdated in our apartment. I am aware there were other apartments with much nicer furniture. The hotel is a bit far from JBR and Dubai Marina, but there was a shuttle service. In general, I would recommend it for families

First of all, the staff is really nice. I've only stayed at luxury hotels in Dubai, but this place is friendly and cheerful! They even called me directly to resolve any difficulties I had with taxis or delivery. They also upgraded my room, and it was my first time staying at a penthouse. It was really big, had a lot of rooms, and there were some old parts, but overall, it was a really great place to stay! They even delivered Dubai chocolate. It took 20 minutes to deliver~ There are a lot of restaurants nearby that deliver, and the view is great. I'm especially grateful to the staff who helped me with check-in and check-out. Thanks to them, I think my last stay in Dubai will be memorable.
