"I did not like this hotel. When we arrived, the air conditioner was leaking water, had visible mold, and barely cooled the room. It was very hot during the day. The bathroom looked old and worn, with rust on the shower door. The furniture was dirty, and the coffee maker in our room was broken. I asked the front desk to move us to another room, but they said no rooms with separate beds were available. However, I checked online and saw available rooms, so I felt misled. The breakfast was very poor, with very limited choices. Overall, this hotel needs significant improvements. I would not recommend staying here."

"After waiting for an hour and a half at T3 in Los Angeles and making more than a dozen calls, the shutter bus came to pick us up. As a result, we made an appointment for the shuttle bus to the airport at 10:30 the next day. We went to wait in advance, but no bus came. We waited until 45 minutes. We were afraid of delaying the flight, so we had to pay for a taxi to the airport. The hotel said they would pay the fare but didn't pay. The experience was very bad, and the breakfast was particularly terrible!"
