"Booked two executive rooms with double bed but got one of the executive rooms with two single beds. They later on upgraded it to deluxe room at no cost which was good. Ac did not work in both the rooms. Fan was very noisy and had to be switched off. Power went off in the room at 1:30 am, someone fixed it by 2 am. Most of the bathroom fixtures including shower and toilet flush were not working properly. Surprising to experience such issues for 1 yr old property. Complimentary breakfast was good, overall experience was not as expected"

"The hotel was located in a narrow street very near to bus stand. It had a car parking and elevator. The only problem we faced with this hotel was about room service. Ac was not working in one room and no response was there in spite of asking for multiple times. Need to phone multiple times for water bottle. Rooms were clean and hot water was available in toilet"

"The opted room is good spacious and regular amenities are fine. However items like TV, Internet services are very poor. TV the hotel forget to recharge and we did not have TV for a day (for 3 nights stay) when asked response was that so many dishes it is difficult to find which one to re-charge :). Internet is very slow, each day i have to get a new login and password from the reception. Keys of the rooms will be disabled if take it with you outside hotel and it has to be re-activated. These are the issues."

"1. Our Room was flooded on the night of our stay and most of important documents destroyed. 2. Called the reception that night but no one answered. 4. Morning we got to know our villa door knob has a hole that could see inside the living room 3. Next day, Lady Lalitha & Mr Tamil came to speak to us, admitted the staffs slept off, justified the hole on the door existed but nothing to worry as none of their staffs would peep . What a statement! Both agreed that they would be able to retrieve our destroyed document but on the next day, they were behaved like goons and said it can't be done in harsh manner. 4. We were deeply disappointed with service rendered but they even hired gangsters to follow us on the day of our check out after we told them that we would bring this matter to social media for awareness because the hotel is absolutely not safe both inside and outside of the room as those staffs behaved like gangsters and we had our family there."

"Hotel is reasonably good but room and bath room is too samll. Safe place to stay with family. Just opposite to hotel, there is a vegiterian restaurant and hygienic food with less price is avaliable. The name of the restaurant is sri krishna bhavan & another restaurant is indira mess. Both are good."

"The receptionist didnt allow me to check in i was ready to pay the early checkin charges also i requested her that i’m getting late for my work i was just asking her 15 min in any room where i can change and leave for work she gave me general washroom that too was very bad condition as i was not knowing tamil, i knew only hindi english she called other person even he didn't know english and they were just talking by their own and smiling to each other by looking at me this is not the correct way to treat the customers having such a big name and hotel in the erode city but the owner should teach the correct way on to treat the customers"
