Comfort Inn Bay of Isles

Comfort Inn Bay of Isles ★★★★

📍 32 The Esplanade, Esperance

"The hotel is well located on the waterfront with a beautiful park outside the hotel along the waterfront. The food in the western restaurant attached to the hotel is very delicious, with fresh and steak from the sea, the ribeye steak and weekly seafood soup I ordered were great! If you drive Western Australia to visit here, especially to Esperance and Cape Le Grand beaches are very beautiful."

"Fantastic park. We had a pitch with views over the ocean. The toilet / shower facilities are really modern and throughly cleaned regularly. There is a nice pool, games Tom, activities for the kids and a good playground. The cleanliness was the best I have seen Lovely staff."

"The room is clean, the cooking facilities are complete, the surrounding is quiet, and it is close to the sea. The only problem is that the wifi is only available in the entire camp, and the signal in our room is so weak that we can't connect"

📍 69 The Esplanade, Esperance

"This time I stayed in a two-story apartment, with two bedrooms on the first floor and a dining room and kitchen on the second floor. It had all the necessary facilities, and it was so nice to fry steak myself at night. This was the most satisfying apartment I stayed in during my 13-day stay in Western Australia."

"Excellent location in town and could park directly outside our room. We were out the back, which was quiet. It had good laundry facilities, washing machines and driers. Friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and had a nice hot shower."

"The facilities and amenities here are outstanding and the staff so friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the caravan space is quite tight so can be a challenge for larger vans in particular over 20 foot. Plans in place to extend park to offer larger sites on future. The location is just opposite beach and not far from CBD so it’s a great value place to stay"

Esperance Bay Holiday Park ★★★
"The experience at the Esperance Bay Holiday Park Hotel is more of a contradictory combination: the natural surroundings are a plus, but the accommodation experience is a minus. Its highlights are concentrated on the exterior: the spacious two-bedroom bungalows are within a 2km walk of West Beach, and the surrounding free beaches offer excellent sunrise viewing spots, with natural scenery even more photogenic than Lucky Bay. For travelers who enjoy being close to the coast, the location itself has a "scenic buff." However, the accommodation itself has significant shortcomings: the facilities are extremely inadequate—only the living room has air conditioning, and it wasn't turned on before check-in, resulting in the room remaining stuffy at night; basic amenities are severely lacking, with no slippers, tissues, or even shower gel and shampoo provided, only a bar of soap, which is very unfriendly to business travelers or short-stay guests. The hotel is also far from the city center, compromising its accessibility. Overall, this hotel is more suitable for travelers who are driving and bring their own toiletries, using it as a "seaside base" to enjoy the surrounding scenery; those expecting the comfort and convenience of a standard hotel will likely be disappointed. After all, its advantage lies in "borrowing natural light," but the accommodation experience itself is indeed difficult to match basic expectations."

"Was upgraded to the beach house when we arrived, was very grateful and surprised, the lady who booked us in on the day, would like thank you especially after we went to the visitor centre before hand was told by them that the tour we wanted to go on, we couldn't, she helped us with it and we got to go on it, thanks for all the help, you are amazing, thanks."

"Yes, the coast is just across the road. The beach is all white, but it is narrow and overgrown with weeds, so it’s perfect for a morning stroll! The hotel is fully equipped with bowls, pots and stoves, washing machines with washing powder, convenient"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Extended a night felt totally at peace. No it’s not in town but my goodness the tranquility was amazing. The bed was soooo comfortable and the whole vibe was perfect. If we ever come back no doubt we will stay here and continue to recommend this place. If you have a group of friends wanting a place to share an experience but have their own space this is the place. Thank you so much x"
