"My trip at the hotel was a good one. I had a bad experience with the bed place in the room for couple. The beds were two separate ones joined together. I recommend that bed given to couples be inseparable for a better relaxation."

"I have no idea why some complains about the customer service, it was nice. The location is not really far from PK area, but there are not many restaurant options nearby. The worst part for me was just that the room is quite bad though the hotel was not really expensive. I have not seen any hotel that does not have a shampoo or body wash... Ofc, no toothbrush, no toothpaste.. No fridge, even no glass for drinking.. 🤔"

The rooms are spacious and bright, the layout is warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a quality sleep. Health is done very well, every corner is spotless. Especially praise the service, from the front desk to the room attendant, everyone is warm and thoughtful, and the response is timely. The breakfast is rich and varied and tastes good. The overall price is very high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!"
