"I'm not going to repeat VincentBook's previous comment, which I only discovered once I arrived. His comment is absolutely spot-on and made me laugh. Anyway, I'd add to his comment that we were given a room with terrible bedding, even though when I pointed it out, they told me it was brand new… Yeah, right! And the bathroom was full of mold, shall we even mention it? There was even a dead fly on the hairdryer hose, but that's nothing compared to the number of dead flies trapped in the curtains in the breakfast room. In short, it's a real shame. It feels like there hasn't been any investment in decades to improve comfort or renovate what could be a very nice establishment. It seems the management's mindset is to collect the nights' rent without ever reinvesting, and this has been the case for ages. On the plus side, the staff's professionalism is worthy of a 4-star hotel, but this is somewhat at odds with the services offered by the hotel. The food is also a strong point."

"We were double charged at the check-in. But explained the staff a the reception who corrected mistakes and refunded. Also their counter day rate was cheaper than trip.com. We extended one night but the rate was much more expensive (Sunday night). We should have booked it online rather at the reception. Hotel room is small and basic but clean tidy. Bed was comfortable. Shower cubicle gets all wet over the bathroom floor due to lack of shower curtain."

"Wonderbox box with one night, a meal at the restaurant and breakfast. Positive points: the welcome from the hotel or restaurant staff, the meal as well, the relaxing environment. Negative point, the 80s carpet in the room is just not possible, it's completely wrong with the value for money. The shower for tall people is not very practical but it still works. I will return to the restaurant with pleasure."

"As a family we absolutely loved our stay at Hostellerie Saint Pierre . We found all the staff we encountered all welcoming and professional. The hotel is situated in a beautiful spot next to the Seine . There was something laid back and calm about the hotel which was just what we were looking for after a long day travelling . We took our dinner at the hotel and we are all glad we did as it was absolutely delicious . The bedrooms were thoughtfully laid out, a lovely shower and the bedding was especially good. There were some nice little touches around for example my wife really enjoyed the small lift decorated like a library . Overall it was just a pleasurable experience ."
