"The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Faaborg, with good parking options for both cars and bikes. The entrance is a bit odd; you go through a gate to an outdated staircase, and there's no reception desk. However, if you just call the number listed at the reception counter, you'll get excellent service. The room also looks a bit dated, but everything is spotlessly clean. It has a spacious bathroom and a very comfortable bed."

"Beautiful view and very nice surroundings with quite a few different activities . Very nice service. The cabin was nice a light but cold and impersonal, no pictures on the walls no effort made to make it a bit cozy. The cleaning wasn’t top class. Not a lot of space in the kitchen area. The toilet was really low, probably the size used in kindergarten, and the toilet paper was of the lowest quality !!! Extremely bad internet, I would hate to think what it’s like in the hight of season."

"The service level was not good. Right from check-in where there was not much smile and welcoming, which felt like we were a nuisance. Later in the evening we got some drinks that were not cold and therefore we asked for more ice cubes but they never came. At breakfast at 08:30 there was no space, not cleared. Most of the dishes on the buffet were empty and there was no more coffee. After 5 - 10 minutes some staff started to come and the buffet was slowly filled up - so in total lack of service, little smile and understanding of the situation."
