Overall, I had a very satisfying stay! I ordered takeout to my room, and wasn't sure where to pick it up. Jinny told me it could be delivered by robot directly to my room and also suggested I tell the delivery driver to go straight to the front desk to avoid extra trips. When I asked if I could have a late check-out to pack my luggage, Glay readily agreed with no extra charge, which was incredibly considerate.

Upon arriving at the hotel, Annie Zeng provided us with a professional and swift check-in. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The dinner buffet offered a rich variety of dishes, with fresh and clean ingredients, and excellent service!
