"I drank milk in the glass on first day. After 5 nights the milk were still in the glass walls and bottom although the staff came for cleaning every day and put the glasses upside down in a way that they seemed like washed but they were not washed. Maybe they just rinsed with water without proper wash. The restroom pipe was smelling which was very unpleasant. The hotel was surrounded by some sports field and every day early morning about 6am the ppl come to practice and shouting so loud which was really annoying. But the hotel was beautiful and the pool was clean."

"There are very few restaurants near the hotel, but there's a Family Mart downstairs. If you're looking for good food nearby, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. However, the hotel offers free parking. The room facilities were satisfactory, with a small terrace and bottled water provided. The overall environment was clean and comfortable, with good soundproofing, making it comfortable to sleep in. However, the pillows weren't high enough; I suggest asking the hotel if they have other pillow options if needed. Additionally, I recommend the hotel check the toilet bowls; sometimes there's an unpleasant odor after flushing."

"This is next to seven eleven and i found it convenient. At first it was hard to locate the entrance of the hotel and as a first timer it was very confusing and a little frustrating. However, it was worth it. It felt like an apartment/mini condo. Theres posters and instructions everywhere to help you, look around and read. Also, if you don't understand or find what you want to know you can ask front desk. I mainly like the simple but clean look of the hotel."

"I rarely comment, but this time I think Yenns Marina in Mercy is really good. We stayed in a Japanese-style suite for 3 nights. The room was very clean, everything was very exquisite and practical. The kitchen and toilet shower room were simple but fully equipped, plus there were washing and drying facilities. It is a 3-minute drive from the beach, with free parking spaces and a small supermarket within a 3-minute walk. I really recommend it."

"We were a group of two adults and two children, and this was a very thoughtful guesthouse. Many small details were very considerate. For example, they even provided face masks inside the bathroom sink – which is really necessary given Japan's dry climate 😂. There was also a jewelry tray on the sink, so you can use it after taking off your jewelry while showering. This is a small detail I've never noticed, even in hotels. They also provided two sets of different colored bath towels, probably to help guests distinguish them. The response time was also very fast, making it a great place for families."
