Since it’s a two‑star hotel, I didn’t expect many amenities, but refreshments were provided, which was a nice touch. The heating was comfortable—something I really appreciated after a bitter experience at a Holiday Inn in Bristol. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. The location is ideal for business trips, with easy access to nearby areas. There is on‑site parking available for £4."

"The hotel's location is average, but the value for money is excellent. It happened to be a Sunday, so the only supermarket within walking distance closed before 5 p.m. We ordered pizza and chicken wings for 26 pounds, which were delicious and generous in size. The family room also came with complimentary drinks, alcohol, and snacks, making it a perfect combination. Since we had to leave at 7 a.m. the next day and couldn't have breakfast, we informed the front desk, and they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us: a sandwich, a bottle of water, fruit, and some snacks. The service was excellent."
