"The only member of staff I met was the housekeeper. Room was clean (stayed 2 nights, not cleaned daily). Breakfast was okay. Duvet was small , more suitable for a mid-size adult. I asked whether I could checkout later than 10:00 but email was ignored. I asked again, and the answer was negative because "they wanted to clean the room". A cold-shoulder, professionally presented reply, like the soul of the place."

"This hotel is an airport hotel, it has 2 buildings, the second one new. Facilities are great, cleanliness excellent. There were 2 issues, one temporary, one long term. The temporary one was at the second building, which is the first one you see, there was no receptionist. I wasn't aware there is another building at first, so I wasted some time there. They could've put a note there to go the reception in the main building. Then the long term one is that the shortest path to the main building involves climbing some stairs, which is not fun with luggage. There is an alternate via the garage, you can get the elevator there, but is not advertised. To go to the main entrance is a longer trip. So my note here that there should be better signage for travelers so they know what they have to do. Otherwise, good hotel."
