"The only member of staff I met was the housekeeper. Room was clean (stayed 2 nights, not cleaned daily). Breakfast was okay. Duvet was small , more suitable for a mid-size adult. I asked whether I could checkout later than 10:00 but email was ignored. I asked again, and the answer was negative because ”they wanted to clean the room”. A cold-shoulder, professionally presented reply, like the soul of the place."

"Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and I highly recommend them. The breakfast isn't extensive, but it's still acceptable. The hotel is close to the train station, making it very convenient for commuting to Budapest."
