Oyado Satsuki Nara Gojo
9.2 (74 reviews)

Oyado Satsuki Nara Gojo ★★

📍 1-11-7 Shinmachi, Gojo

"Located in a quiet quaint neighborhood. It was storming so I didn't get an opponent to enjoy the river and it's surrounding which the accommodation was just next to. But the spacious room came as a joy but unfortunately the beddings were not comfortable. Could feel the bed springs and the pillow overly soft. Wished that they provided tatami beddings instead. Check in details were not provided via booking on trip.com but thankfully could easily contact the owner via WhatsApp. Overall still a great experience."

Osaka Ryokan Nanten-en ★★★★
"From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredibly caring service. Our bags were taken care of, and we were provided with an English-speaking host. Every detail and nuance was thoughtfully considered, including explanations on how to use the onsen and what places were nearby. We would definitely come back here again just for the onsen. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to experience it. One thing to note: the 11-course set dinner felt quite specific for a European guest, so it is good to be prepared for that. However, it was still a very interesting experience."

Fukuchi-IN ★★★
"Our stay at Fukuchi-In was amazing. We slept in a traditional japanese room and had a delicious dinner and breakfast in another incredibly beautiful room, shared with other guests. We attended the morning prayers and enjoyed the indoor and outdoor onsens. There was heating in the room :)"

"Even though the room is simple it is clean and has a private bathroom, AC. Ample parking for motorcycles and cars. Check in is at 1600 and I arrived at 1500. The old man at the counter allowed me to check in early."
