"We had a wonderful stay in the restaurant at Hotel Strand Idyll in Grömitz. The food was just excellent – fresh, tastefully perfectly matched and made with much love to detail. The elegant and cozy atmosphere that immediately invites to be welcomed is particularly important. It is noticed that there is much value here for a pleasant atmosphere in which you can easily leave behind everyday life. The service was also of the first class: the staff was friendly, careful and hearty without being intrusive. You feel really welcome and best careful as a guest. We are very happy to come back and can recommend this restaurant fully!"

"The hotel offers free access to the water park, which is great for kids. The rooms are a bit small and not very spacious. There's a diving facility nearby, but it's only open Wednesday through Sunday. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for a family vacation."
