"The location is very great. But the water in the bathroom keeps changing between cold and hot, making me really annoyed every time I take a shower. I found hair on my pillow on my first day. I booked a double bed but the room has basically two single beds next to each other, causing the big gap in the middle so it really disrupted my sleep. I have asked for instant cancellation on day two but they don't allow that due to stupid policy, even though they failed to provide a clean and decent room."
