"Front desk friendly, hotel feels a little dated. See pictures, in regards to the amenities a simple bottle of water would have been a nice touch (like you get it every where else). The smallest available tv in the room, making it hard to see from the adjacent bed. Biggest mishap during the stay was that the housekeeping lady opened the door without knocking or ringing any bell, in my view this is housekeeping 101 and should not happen and staff should be retrained and it should be enforced strictly if you want to call yourself 4 star hotel!!!"
