Management should prioritize daily morning cleanings instead of reacting to complaints; it risks damaging the reputation and losing repeat guests."

The room was spacious, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even spoke Chinese with my daughter and assisted us with arranging a half-day car rental. The only downside is that the hotel is located close to the airport, so it can be quite noisy due to airplane sounds, and we didn’t sleep very well that night. Apart from the noise, everything was great. I would strongly recommend that the hotel provide earplugs in the rooms for guests who are sensitive to noise."
