This is my second stay. Whenever I visit Hangzhou, I prefer staying near the lakeside for convenience. The hotel is in the style of an old star-rated hotel. The lobby and restaurant are very spacious and grand. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. I stayed here for two days. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Broken Bridge and 5 minutes to the lakeside. You can also go shopping at Wulin Night Market in the evening, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The room service is also attentive. After a day of visiting the West Lake, the room was very clean and tidy. Fruits and clothes drying racks were also prepared. The housekeepers Yu Ying and Ran Hanghu provided good service. I commend it. I will stay at Wanghu Hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.

The hotel is in great location. Just few minutes from the West lake so you can take a refreshing and peaceful walk by the lake in the early morning. The hotel has buffet for lunch and the variety of food is really amazing! Lots of fresh and high quality seafood! The rooms are all decorated in the nice Hangzhou style, adding to the wonderful memories of staying there. The personal of the hotel is very friendly, polite and always trying to help if needed.

A very, very, very beautiful hotel, close to the West Lake. Although you can't see the West Lake directly, it only takes 5 minutes to walk there. It has a feeling of seclusion in the urban area, which is definitely the feeling in the early Republic of China. I have seen other people’s comments saying that the hotel will upgrade the rooms, it’s true😂! The villa has three floors, with a living and dining room on the ground floor, a guest toilet, and a TV in the living room. The middle floor is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a tub. The hotel provides disposable supplies. On the upper half floor is the master bedroom. Before reaching the master bedroom, there is a powder room, wardrobe and bathroom. The master bedroom has a TV and a small independent balcony. The upper half floor is also a balcony, a large balcony that can communicate with the house next door. The hotel provides breakfast in a semi-buffet style, which is a bit too rich for me😂😂.

The executive double room can add an extra bed, which is convenient for bringing children, with a 2m bed and an extra camp bed. The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the West Lake Ferry Terminal, less than 10 minutes walk, the parking lot is large, all on the ground, when you check in, tell the front desk entry system, free parking, next to the Great Hall of the People office area. We wanted to eat Hangzhou specialty snacks and did not have breakfast at the hotel. Hotel customer service and room service are very good. The opening time is not long, there is no smell in the room, the toiletries are British brand, the smart toilet, and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is not far from the pedestrian street, 7-8 minutes by bike. The front desk gave me a pen when I checked out. The kids liked it. highly recommended. Come again next time.

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

The location of the hotel is good. Very near the main Xi Hu (West Lake) attractions. The hotel is a bit old and hence, the rooms were quite large. I bit pricey, but not robbing the bank. The hotel was lacking in a bit about cleanliness. There was a strange thing. I had just normal temperature water in the shower. The wash basin had hot water. Had to complain, and it was set right. Did not eat anything there but breakfast. That was quite adequate. The toiletries were adequate. Had asked the room service lady for extra tea bags and were served graciously. Also were there the next day too. Overall, comfortable. Because of the location, could get public transport almost immediately. There are a few shopping areas and eateries for all budgets, all around that place. Even later at night, we could find some good restaurants open. The hotel is the closest to Exit F of Fengqi Road Subway Station, with convenient transportation. Wulin Square is just across the street. After checking in, I found that the washbasin in the bathroom had slight cracks. No bathrobes were found. Soundproofing is not great. When I went out, I found that the red carpet was not very smooth, and I didn't see the staff at that time. If there were children, would there be a safety hazard? You can enter the elevator without swiping your card. I don't quite understand this management method.

The location of the hotel is super good and the transportation is very convenient. It is at most 50 meters away from the subway entrance. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and the facilities are new. My two kids love it very much. Especially the Monkey King in various shapes in the hotel, everyone wants to take one home. When I was first making a guide, I noticed the rave reviews of this hotel, so I was looking forward to it even before checking in. As expected, everything I saw was a surprise. The service staff are very professional and friendly, especially Miss Zhou at the front desk. Thank you very much. I got up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight. Thank you very much for your thoughtful preparation of breakfast for our family, and even provided tissues. I, who already like Hangzhou, feel even more moved because of you. Everyone I met in Hangzhou was kind and friendly, even the maintenance man who came over when something went wrong at the hotel made people feel warmer. Because of you, I love Hangzhou even more. Looking forward to meeting you next time.

The location was so good. There are many shopping malls nearby and I could walk to Seoho. The hotel is right near the subway station, so it is recommended for people with a lot of luggage. The location of the house is quiet in the middle of noisy. It is separated from the West Lake by a road. It is very convenient to take a walk at night. The landlord boss is also very good and very enthusiastic. The only downside is that the house is in an old residential building. There is no elevator to climb the building. The corridor is not wide. It is not convenient to climb the building with luggage. The sanitation on the corridor is also poor, but climbing up the fourth floor to open the door is still bright.
