房間乾淨，前台和客房服務人員服務周到，熱情，酒店附近有地鐵去西湖很方便，邊上還有慶春銀泰，501大廈，吃飯逛街非常方便，下次來杭州還好入住這家。

采荷是我在杭州會反覆入住的酒店，交通便利，去哪兒都方便，旁邊有超市、飯店非常方便。工作人員非常親切，我會反覆入住就是因為工作人員的親切。房間打掃的很乾凈、沒有異味、被褥也是乾乾靜靜清清爽爽。最讓我喜歡的是沐浴露（多芬）洗髮水（清揚）還有紙巾（清風）這些都是超市買得到，很多家庭會用的洗浴用品，用着就特別放心。最最讓我感動的是保安，每次到酒店總是跑着迎接我們，離開時總是站在旁邊等待我們離開再回崗。保潔阿姨們還會很熱情的和你聊天。

We are not even planning to use this bathtub? 3. On the third day of my stay, I planned to extend my stay. I informed the extension situation one day in advance and said that I would come to check out when I left. The front desk also replied that it was OK. But when the reservation time came, we knocked on the door and woke us up, saying that we wanted to pay now? Why not just say it a day in advance? This is the first time I encountered this situation in a hotel in Hangzhou. Because I usually stay in the hotel with my friends for fun. I originally wanted to recharge the card. Thank you to my friend who knocked on my door at 3pm, which saved me 5,000.

I came to Hangzhou and found this hotel by chance. With the mentality of giving it a try, I didn't expect that the room was clean and Xiao Du was very convenient. The room also had a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. It was also close to the subway station and the city balcony. It was good.
