Name confuses at first. After lookup for its location, we assumed that it meant that we can easily take a metro directly to the famous street, few stops away. Breakfast was good. Fresh, variety and a lot it choices. Staff at breakfast room were friendly and always helpful. Related to staff, there is one male receptionist who spoke and understood English. With all other ladies we needed our translation application to communicate with them. Room was big, heater worked very well, too well some day, but luckily we could open our windows. Ps. Don't take a taxi without using didi app. We got cheated on the our way back to airport. A friend of us was even refuse for his ride to railway station...

Many yummy food stall outside of the hotel, highly recommend a beef noodle stall on the right of the hotel. If you take airport bus to hotel, you just need to take bus for line 3 RMB20 per pax, teh bus stop I. Front Ibis hotel, you jsut need to walk 2 mins will reach Wanda Holiday Hotel. If you want to go the subway station, just walk 4 mins can reach. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Definitely I will stay this hotel again for my next Harbin visit.

My husband and I went to Harbin for business and booked this hotel near Central Street. It was convenient to travel, right outside the door was Central Street, and it was easy to call a taxi. The front desk was also quite welcoming. The only drawback was that the room was not very clean. On the first day of check-in, we found a bunch of hair in the shower and cigarette ashes in the bathroom. We thought that the aunt would clean it up the next day, but the hair and cigarette ashes were still there when we checked out. The facilities in the shower area were not very user-friendly. There was no place for us to put our things. In the bathroom, why was the toilet paper roll set behind the left hand? It was inconvenient to use. I hope it can be improved.

Fantastic location with Zhongyang Pedestrian Street right at the doorstep, which means lots of food, restaurants, and shops. Quaint looking hotel. Room is clean but dated and could do with some renovation. Housekeeper 2029 was friendly and kept our room pleasant throughout our stay. Receptionist and concierge were very helpful and patient. In that regard, the staff who attended to us provided top notch service. Russian restaurant was nicely appointed but not too impressed with the food. Quiet normal tasting. Exit 2 of Zhongyang MRT station is about 1km from hotel.

The hotel is at a prime location, within walking distance from Zhongyang Street. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful as well. There are light bites and different beverages at the lobby for the guests. Room is very clean and comfortable.

It was a very good accommodation experience. The location is right on Central Avenue, not noisy and quiet. As soon as I arrived at the hotel gate, I felt very Western and upscale. Room is spacious, the 2 double beds can fit 4 pax! The shower room is awesome and the soap smells very good. The front desk agents are friendly and helped us to keep our room even when we were checking in the next day after the booking. Afternoon tea has quite a big spread and all staff are friendly!
