Easy walking into the town with excellent choice of creperies , lovely poetry walk around part of lake. Hotel very friendly, lovely breakfast, felt very French

This hotel only responds to questions after you post on Tripadvisor then the hotel threatens people with legal action under The French Law July 29 1881 on freedom of press if you write a negative review, forcing you to remove the post.

If you don’t mind your vehicle being damaged overnight this is the place for you. Don’t hold your breath waiting for a reply as you don’t get one. Avoid Avoid Avoid

We have mixed feelings about our stay, our room was spacious, mostly clean but the edges needed a deep clean. Bed was tired but comfortable enough for one night. Sadly the pillows were useless, hollow & thin. Reception spoke English, had a friendly manner. We were put in the top floor of the annexe, with a view of castle. However this was on a exceptionally noisy road and a rowdy bar below that went on to 1am on a Tuesday evening. The hotel seemed pretty empty, so we couldn't understand why we wasn't put in main part of hotel, where it was quieter? This hotel had the potential to be the highlight of our French trip but alas we came away feeling dissapointed.

Property gave the appearance of being neglected.Cold and unwelcoming.The 'Receptionist' on arrival took ages to appear and then after check-in went missing.Advertised facilities were not available ie restaurant and bar.

naice place at a lake Very nice place in a lovely village. Nice view over the lake, and a private parking. Clean, very friendly staff and flexible staff. It was a pity the restaurant was closed on friday evening. The village provides good restaurants.
