"Hello!! The room is very clean and have enough space. About the personnel, when I checked last August 31, 2023 around 5PM, the staff in the front desk was NOT FRIENDLY. I know & I understand that she is a foreigner because I am a foreign in Germany too. But she must act friendly AND POLITE. BUT the staff who is incharge & who entertained me in the front desk in the morning of September 1st was very friendly AND ACCOMMODATING. Then overall, I would recommend this hotel and I will give it a 10/10stars. More power!"
