"When I made the booking I already made full payment but yet after I arrived at the hotel it was a self check in system and I had to pay the amount again and there was no staff there as it was late evening. Next morning I could talk to the receptionist and there was something wrong with their system and the amount will be returned within 1-2 weeks. The room itself is not bad and location was ok it’s a solid 20 mins walk to the train station and main attractions"

"Easily one of the best properties in the region with a par-excellence Lebanese restaurant. The chef is amazing the food is awesome. We can go there again just to have dinner at the restaurant. That's not it, the service is unparalleled. Even before I reached the hotel, there was useful communication from the hotel staff to make the check-in process as smooth as possible. Customer service was always prompt in responding to queries; even at the hotel, they would go out of their way to help you. Of course, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to excellent customer service and great food."

"Dusty environment and stain on bedsheets. Terrible hygiene. The room is so tiny. We don't have enough space for the suitcase. The lights are dim at night. I live near the stairs so its quite noisy. The hotel near the subway Louise station. Just a few minutes walk. Its easy to find. The check in out is so efficient cause its using machine. But I don't recommend family for coming here."

"I've left a fair but accurate review on Google Maps, but it seems that now in Europe you cannot leave a negative review anymore, even though it's true and accurate! 1.The welcoming at this hotel is bad; you arrive 10 minutes before the official check-in time, and the receptionists are rude, telling you to wait with zero flexibility! 2.The hotel reception and the hall always smell bad, like garbage. It probably comes from the fact that they leave the garbage in the corridor when they clean the room or the corridor; it is really annoying. 3.The location is quite remote; it's difficult to get to the city center even though there is a bus from the public transportation in the city. I hope you will keep this review because the price I paid is quite expensive, and I don't feel like it's worth what I paid."

"We stayed at Hôtel du Parc Ath because of its close proximity to Pairi Daiza, a zoo just a short train ride away (from Ath to Cambron-Casteau) which we wanted to spend two days exploring. Right from the start, we were made to feel very welcome by the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is on a quiet street just minutes walk away from the train station, with easy links to Brussels. The room was very clean and spacious with lots of amenities including tea, coffee, bottled water, chocolate and slippers. Our bathroom was also large with both a bath and a separate shower. The TV had streaming services, which you could sign into or connect your phone. At breakfast, there was a continental selection and we were given the choice of how our eggs would be cooked. Ath is a pleasant French-speaking city where we really enjoyed spending time - staying here was absolutely delightful and I am sure we will be back."

"My stay at the Ibis (Accor) hotel was generally okay, but I was surprised by the absence of basic amenities such as slippers, toothpaste, and a toothbrush, which I have come to expect from other Ibis properties. The team was very lovely and helpful, but I wasn't informed about the missing amenities at check-in. Additionally, my room remained very cold despite adjusting the AC to warm mode. I hope these areas can be addressed to enhance the guest experience in the future."
