"Everything was fine before check-out. From the security guards to the housekeeping staff, everyone was very enthusiastic. The only issue was that the reception staff asked my friend to pay for the room, even though the full payment had already been made through Trip.com. I only discovered this after arriving back in Hai Phong. This made me extremely uncomfortable due to the lack of professionalism. After contacting the hotel, I had to wait until Monday for the accounting staff to come in. 😏"

"The hotel is located in a remote place, only Hang Mua is within walking distance. You can take bicycles and go to Trang An Boat tpir. You can walk to restaurants, about 20 minutes. The breakfast is modest, a good selection of fruits. The biggest minus is that the room is poorly cleaned. The floors are dirty, in the bathroom, also dirty. The towels are already quite used. There are ants in the kettle, the kettle is old and rusty. The refrigerator is very loud, it is impossible to sleep at night. In January, the room is cold and dark. A beautiful view from the additional room, in which it is impossible to stay, as there is a very strong draft from the window. The staff is friendly."
