"We enjoyed a fantastic two-night stay at Nipponia Hotel Iga. The room’s old historic style initially surprised us, yet it was spacious, cosy and spotlessly clean with wonderfully soft beds. The female staff were courteous and helpful, and daily breakfast offered nice variety. The well-kept garden creates a serene atmosphere. A few minor downsides: local dining and sightseeing options are scarce, and roadside rooms (401) may bring traffic noise to light sleepers. Having stayed at hotels worldwide, this place left a deep impression on us."

"I'm writing this down so that others don't experience the same thing I did. * No bicycle parking. There's a car park, but no bicycle parking. You'll get yelled at, so tie your bike to a pole where it won't get wet! * Breakfast There's no breakfast information provided for guests, and it seems you can't get refills on anything other than rice and miso soup, so be aware of that. The side dishes are cold, and the grilled meat-like items have solidified oil, making it hard to tell what you're eating. At least provide a microwave! I paid 600 yen for breakfast, but there are other places nearby where you can get a proper breakfast for the same price or less, so you might be better off choosing one of those. * The coffee service from 6:00 to 23:00 is a nice touch."

There was a time limit for the Doutor coffee machine, but I was able to drink as many as I wanted and had a lot. The breakfast buffet had a fairly wide selection and was delicious♪ I wish it was in Umeda, Osaka lol"
