"We booked a room before leaving Van and hit the road. He canceled our reservation for money. And it was last minute. We had a really hard time finding a hotel in the middle of the night. Hotels are full, especially on Thursdays and Fridays. They humiliated us. Don't bother making a reservation."

"Hotel is a bit old, but at a good location. We came during winter, the heating was not very sufficient. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. We were given free car park but it's located in another building and handling luggage was a bit hassle, and you will still need to climb stairs even though there is a lift."

"We stayed for three nights in the best hotel in town, in the room with the best view. Although this new hotel was built 10 years ago, it is well maintained, although it has aged in some areas. You can see Ararat Mountains directly in front of you, but unfortunately a large building was built a few years ago, hiding the peak of Ararat Mountain. The three sons, all 28 years old and fluent in English, run the business. Once you see the palace, there's nothing to do the next day, but they took us by car to a place where you could see Ararat Mountains. The hospitality is excellent."
