"Wonderful hotel! Fresh, clean linens and spotless bungalows. The bungalows are two-story – the first floor has a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. There's a private exit to the backyard with a BBQ grill and beanbag chairs. One of the bedrooms also has a lovely balcony with a great view. It's no secret that central heating can be an issue in Armenia, so we arrived freezing and weren't expecting much warmth. But to our surprise, the house was perfectly warm! We even asked them to light the fireplace for us. It was incredibly cozy, warm, beautiful, and quiet. A true corner of peace and tranquility. And the people at the reception and the staff – they were simply wonderful and welcoming!"

"We stayed me and my pregnant wife, we ended up ordering food to our room and we found out one of the pizza slices has finger nails inside. Everyone dont ever order food from their dinner its called brasserie. The worst service ever when when i showed them like they didnt care what a very bad bad service and hotel i dont recommend it to anyone"
