"It is an aging property but well maintained. Whenever I go to Iki island for an overnight stay in the past, I chose this hotel. The breakfast is delicious and the room is more than adequate for the price paid. Basic Japanese knowledge is required because very few people speak English on the island, compared to the big cities in Japan."

"My husband and I stayed at this inn with our friends. It was very clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice view of the beach from our room! The beach is within walking distance from the inn and I enjoyed going to the hot spring at the inn afterwards. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful."

"I was traveling without any SIM card nor data/wifi connection. Besides, I was also using public transport. Therefore, locating the guesthouse at first was a bit of challenge. However, the place was convenient, clean and very quiet. It was ideal for my needs. It is located on a hilly part, overlooking the Ashibe port area. It looks beautiful in the evening as well as at night. Since I had plenty of time on hand, spending one night at Ashibe was relaxing for me. However, there is nothing much to do in Ashibe area. Therefore, I think it is better to decide the location first, then choose a suitable place. If you decide to stay in Ashibe, then this place could be ideal."
