"If you're staying in Noumea, New Caledonia, this is a fantastic location! We stayed here for the last two days of our 6-day trip. We didn't use the pool, but the beach was right there, the views were great, and restaurants were just a 2-3 minute walk away. The area felt safe, and we were very satisfied. There were three bedrooms, and though there were only two of us, we almost had too much space! The cleaning staff didn't seem to be fluent in English, but they were very friendly and communicated with gestures. The front desk also helped us book a shared shuttle bus to the airport, which was a huge help. For some reason, I couldn't charge my phone unless the bedside light was on; even though there was a separate switch for it, I couldn't turn it off. So I ended up sleeping with the light on. 😂😭"

"Meridien Noumea always makes you feel good. It's a lovely hotel. Sometimes the cleaning is not done properly (amenities are not replenished), but overall it is a very comfortable hotel. Half of the instant coffee is moldy due to humidity. It's better to check before putting it in a cup."
