"I initially thought this place was too remote and difficult to reach by public transportation, so I took a taxi and spent a little money, which made me want to give it a bad review. But the moment I saw the hotel facilities and the scenery, everything else disappeared. On a clear day, the rooms and restaurant offer absolutely stunning views! The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking. The food is superb; definitely choose a one-night stay with two or three meals a day. Every meal was incredibly filling, and the food was delicious. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. The only downside is the lack of a natural hot spring; otherwise, I would definitely choose to stay here for three days straight."

"I booked this hotel for my two sons who are travelling together, after their cycle ride from Onomichi. This was what they said: Wonderful facilities and a great location for those who are cycling the Shimanami Kaido. The hosts were incredibly charming and helpful and even drove us to the nearby sushi restaurant (highly recommend) and organised a lift back. Highly recommended for those who are in the area. "Nice home comfortable to stay, good location by the seaside with supermarket ready at the back of the house! Sauna and ice bath available too! The only thing is the kitchen is very small to cook. Would recommend for group travelling but not too much cooking! Or otherwise the BBQ grill is available. "
